Principles of Good Freestyle Swimming Technique

Professor Ross Sanders

Completion of the following module on principles of good swimming technique (front crawl) counts as a full credit towards the ASA Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme. It is not a test. You simply respond to the questions following each section of information until you reach the end of the module. There are thirty-one questions, and completion normally takes between 1 and 2 hours. There is no penalty for incorrect answers and no record of wrong answers is kept.

When you have successfully completed the module, ASA will contact you to award your certificate.

The charge for certification and CPD affiliation is £25.00
